Properties that we select are well located, fully occupied with quality tenants, income-producing with opportunity to increase rents in the near future. We will also consider properties with up to 25% vacancy provided the properties are well located and well maintained. Management and maintenance fees are included in NOI calculations.
2) Locally Managed
Just Commercial hires independent local property management companies to handle day-to-day maintenance of its properties. All management companies must specialize in commercial property and have at least 7 years of experience in this field.
